Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Brea Mall is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader to drive sales, train and coach a team, and ensure strict adherence to AEO Brand Standards. You will lead floorset execution, replenishment, and guest-ready merchandising while upholding store safety and asset protection policies.

You will recruit and develop talent, manage performance, and maintain daily operations to deliver a best-in-class guest experience in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing development plans and regular feedback to staff.
• Maintain daily operational procedures and visual standards across zones.
