Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Towson, MD is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader to develop and execute the store's merchandising strategy. You will train and coach the team to deliver AEO brand standards and ensure floorsets, replenishment, and guest experiences meet expectations.

You will lead merchandising and daily operations, coach staff on service excellence, and drive KPIs while maintaining store standards and guest readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team and driving sales in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to coach, develop talent and maintain brand standards.
• Strong focus on guest experience, stock replenishment and KPI delivery.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as Leader on Duty by maximizing productivity and guest loyalty.
• Coach and develop team to deliver AEO Brand Standards on floor and fitting room.
• Recruit, hire and train strong talent to meet business needs and schedule.
• Provide real-time coaching and performance feedback to the team.
