AEO stores are seeking a full-time Selling Team Leader in Nashville to drive sales, coach a high-performing team, and uphold brand standards. You will lead daily operations, develop short- and long-term plans, and ensure a best-in-class guest experience across sales floors and fitting rooms.

You will recruit and develop talents, provide ongoing feedback, and manage engagement while maintaining visual standards and store safety. Flexibility to meet guest shopping hours is essential.
