Job summary

AEO Inc. is seeking a Merchandising Team Leader in Vienna, VA to drive sales and lead a high-performing team. You will coach staff, uphold visual standards, and ensure a guest-ready environment daily, balancing floor coverage with replenishment and training initiatives.

You’ll partner with the Store Team Leader to develop plans, execute Floorset changes, and deliver best-in-class service while representing AEO brand values and maintaining safety and asset protection standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams, preferably in fashion/activewear.
• Ability to train and coach staff to meet brand standards.
• Strong merchandising and loss-prevention awareness.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as Leader on Duty and develop short/long-term business plans.
• Lead merchandising execution and replenishment to maintain Brand Standards.
• Recruit, train, and develop associates; provide real-time coaching and performance feedback.
