Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader for our Rosemont, IL location. You will be the Store Team Leader's go-to person for developing and implementing the merchandising strategy, training and coaching your team to deliver AEO visual standards, and ensuring floorset execution and guest-ready replenishment.

You will lead by example, motivate your team, and drive key KPIs while maintaining brand integrity and a best-in-class guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams and delivering brand standards.
• Strong coaching and training skills for store team members.
• Ability to analyze trends and drive visual merchandising and replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales through floor and fitting room productivity; drive guest loyalty.
• Coach team to uphold AEO Brand Standards and optimal floorset execution.
• Develop and communicate short/long-term store business plans and KPIs.
• Recruit and train strong talent to meet business needs.
• Provide ongoing feedback and performance reviews to maintain engagement.
• Execute daily operations to maintain visual standards and guest readiness.
• Uphold store safety, asset protection, and company policies.
