Job summary

AEO in Rosemont, IL, is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader to drive merchandising strategy and coach the store team toward delivering the AE brand standards daily. You’ll lead floorset execution, optimize guest experiences, and mentor staff to reach KPIs with real-time coaching and performance reviews.

You will recruit, train, and develop associates, ensuring consistent, guest-ready service while upholding safety and asset protection.

Qualifications

Experience leading a retail team in a store environment.
Strong merchandising standards and visual execution.
Ability to train and develop team members.
Excellent communication and guest service skills.
Knowledge of employment law is a plus.
