Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader in a Boise, ID store.

You will serve as the Store Team Leader's right hand, developing and executing the merchandising strategy, coaching your team to deliver AEO visual standards, and ensuring the store is guest-ready through effective replenishment. You’ll drive floorset execution, stock replenishment, and a best-in-class guest experience while modeling AEO values and leading by example.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as Leader on Duty by maximizing floor productivity and guest loyalty.
• Lead daily merchandising, replenishment, and floorset execution to represent brand standards.
• Motivate and develop the team, conducting coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
• Recruit and hire strong talent to ensure adequate staffing for business needs.
• Provide real-time coaching and development plans to improve performance.
• Maintain visual standards and safe, asset-protected store operations.
