Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader in the Sandusky, OH area. You will be the Store Team Leader's go-to person for developing and implementing the merchandising strategy, training and coaching your team to deliver AEO brand Visual standards, and ensuring peak floorset execution and replenishment to keep the store guest-ready.

You’ll lead by example, drive key KPIs, and represent our values while maintaining store standards and exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best-in-class guest experience.
• Coach your team to deliver a great guest experience and ensure store reflects AEO Brand Standards.
• Recruit, hire and train strong talent to meet business needs and develop your team’s capabilities.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback, coaching, development plans and regular reviews to engage the team.
