Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader to serve as the Store Team Leader's go-to for developing and implementing the merchandising strategy. You will train and coach your team to deliver AEO brand visual standards and ensure floorset execution to support sales and guest satisfaction.

You will drive replenishment and lead coaching, development, and performance reviews to build a high-performing team that embodies AEO values and delivers a best-in-class guest

Qualifications

• Retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and develop teams and drive KPI performance.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by maximizing store productivity and guest loyalty.
• Coach the team to uphold AEO Brand Standards and execute floorsets.
• Lead recruiting, training, and development of associates to deliver outstanding service.
• Ensure the store is guest-ready through effective replenishment and inventory accuracy.
