Job summary

AEO is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader at our Kenwood Town Center location. You will partner with the Store Team Leader to develop and execute the merchandising strategy, train and coach your team, and ensure floorset accuracy and guest-ready standards daily.

You will drive sales as a Leader on Duty, monitor trends, and implement replenishment and merchandising adjustments while upholding AEO brand standards and exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as LOD (Leader on Duty) by maximizing Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best-in-class guest experience.
• Coach team to deliver outstanding guest experience and maintain AEO Brand Standards across store operations, merchandising, and replenishment.
• Lead and train team to ensure staffing supports business needs and deliver exceptional service.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback, create development plans, and conduct performance reviews to foster associate engagement.
• Execute and improve daily operational procedures, maintain visual standards, and ensure guest-ready Fitting Rooms aligned with Brand Standards.
