Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Merchandising Supervisor to lead a team of merchandisers and execute retail merchandising strategies while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will ensure displays, in-stock conditions, product freshness, and backroom organization align with company standards, while building partnerships with store managers and cross-functional teams. Strong leadership and retail experience are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or GED) required or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1+ years retail, consumer goods, or customer service experience required.
• 1+ years supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Valid Driver's License with clean MVR (2 violations or less) in past 39 months required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily merchandising activities, including delivery alignment and display execution.
• Lead, train, and develop merchandisers to meet performance and service expectations.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance to meet business needs year-round.
• Ensure compliance with merchandising standards, rotation, freshness and backroom organization.
