Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is looking for a Merchandising Supervisor to lead a team of merchandisers and execute retail merchandising strategies across our network. You will ensure displays meet standards, maintain in-stock conditions, and uphold product freshness while building partnerships with store managers and cross-functional teams.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year in retail or customer service and at least 1 year of supervisory experience; a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or GED); Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR (2 minor or none in past 39 months).
• Reliable vehicle required.
• 1+ year retail or customer service experience.
• 1+ year supervisory or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily merchandising activities, including delivery alignment, display execution, and in-stock conditions.
• Lead, train, and develop merchandisers to achieve performance and service expectations.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance to meet business and customer needs, 364 days a year.
• Ensure compliance with merchandising standards, product rotation, freshness, and backroom organization.
• Conduct regular field visits to provide hands-on coaching, feedback and support.
• Monitor productivity and labor utilization to support operational and budget objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and key customer contacts.
• Partner with Account Managers and Area Sales Managers to support customer needs and execution priorities.
• Collaborate with fellow Merchandising Supervisors to drive consistently and share best practices.
