Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola USA seeks a Merchandising Supervisor to lead a team of merchandisers and execute retail merchandising strategies. You will ensure display execution, in-stock conditions, and product freshness while building strong store partnerships.

The role requires 1+ years in retail or related fields and 1+ years of supervisory experience, plus a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for field work. A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean MVR (2 or fewer minor violations or no major violations) in past 39 months.
• Reliable vehicle required.
• 1+ years retail, consumer goods, or customer service experience.
• 1+ years supervisory or leadership experience.
• Candidates will undergo pre-employment screening including background and drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily merchandising activities and display execution.
• Lead, train, and develop merchandisers to meet performance goals.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance across the team year-round.
• Ensure merchandising standards, product rotation, and backroom organization.
• Conduct field visits for coaching, feedback, and support.
• Monitor productivity and labor utilization to meet objectives.
• Build relationships with store managers and customer contacts.
• Collaborate with Account and Area Sales Managers on priorities.
• Share best practices with fellow Merchandising Supervisors.
