Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Merchandiser to stock, rotate, and maintain product availability across assigned stores. You will develop relationships with store personnel while upholding company standards for displays, back rooms, and shelf organization.

The role requires physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds, valid driver's license, and comfort with weekend/holiday scheduling. Transportation to multiple store sites is expected within routes.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required; driving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy requirements.
• Ability to use a reliable vehicle to travel to stores within routes; personal vehicle insurance required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Utilization of technology and applications as required throughout the day.
• Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles daily with cleaning equipment.
• Restock coolers, displays, racks and shelves; ensure labels face outward.
• Rotate products using first in, first out stocking system.
• Build displays and promotional items per supervisor instructions.
• Maintain back rooms/back stock in a safely accessible manner.
• Attend meetings and assist with special projects and events.
