Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader in Denton, TX.

You will act as the Store Team Leader's go-to partner to develop and implement the store's merchandising strategy, train and coach the team, and ensure floorset execution and brand standards are met daily. You will lead efforts to keep the store guest-ready through effective replenishment while upholding AE’s values and REAL self at work.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team and driving sales in a busy store environment.
• Strong ability to train and coach employees to meet brand standards.
• Solid understanding of visual standards and floorset execution.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by optimizing sales floor and fitting room productivity.
• Coach and develop the team to deliver AE brand standards and guest experiences.
• Maintain store visuals and replenishment to ensure guest readiness.
• Recruit and develop talent to meet business needs and sustain top performance.
• Provide ongoing feedback, conduct development plans and performance reviews.
