Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Augusta, GA seeks a full-time Merchandising Team Leader to partner with the Store Team Leader in developing and implementing the Merchandising strategy, training and coaching the team to deliver AEO Visual standards and a guest-ready store.

You will drive sales, lead floorsets, replenish stock, and recruit and develop talent while upholding Store safety and Asset Protection.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in retail leadership or store management.
• Proven ability to coach and develop a team.
• Strong understanding of brand visual standards and floor sets.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing floor productivity and guest loyalty.
• Lead day-to-day merchandising and replenishment.
