Job summary

Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, provides in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs, including displays, end caps, shelf resets, and inventory tracking. You will assist leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires to drive store performance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers, including building displays and end caps.
• Reset shelves with product rotation and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
