Job summary

American Eagle is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader for our Concord, CA store. You will be the Store Team Leader's go-to for developing and implementing the merchandising strategy, coaching your team to deliver brand Visual standards, and ensuring floorset execution and guest-ready replenishment.

You’ll lead by example, train talent, and drive sales through effective merchandising, KPI tracking, and proactive store operations while upholding AE’s values and policies.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and coaching retail teams to deliver guest-ready experiences.
• Ability to train, develop and motivate staff toward AE brand standards.
• Strong focus on floorset execution, replenishment and KPI-driven performance.
• Knowledge of asset protection, safety and AE policies.

Responsibilities

• You drive sales as a Leader on Duty by maximizing store productivity and guest loyalty.
• You coach the team to uphold AE Brand Standards and maintain visual merchandising.
• You recruit, hire and develop talent to meet business needs and provide ongoing feedback.
• You execute daily operations and maintain guest-ready Fitting Rooms and Salesfloor.
• You model integrity, ensure safety, and uphold AE policies and procedures.
