Job summary

American Eagle is seeking a full-time Selling Team Leader to drive sales and lead daily store operations, reporting to the Store Team Leader. You’ll train and coach a high-performing team to deliver an unforgettable guest experience and uphold brand standards.

As LOD, you’ll analyze trends, develop short and long-term plans, and motivate the team through coaching and performance reviews while maintaining safety and asset protection.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a key Leader on Duty by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop team members to ensure staffing meets business needs and delivers outstanding service.
• Provide real-time coaching, hold performance reviews and celebrate top performances to drive engagement.
• Ensure store safety, asset protection standards, and adherence to brand policies and visual standards.
