Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader at our Apache Mall location in Rochester, MN. You will lead the Store Team Leader's efforts in developing and implementing merchandising strategies, coaching a team to execute visual standards, and ensuring the guest is always “guest ready” through effective replenishment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as Leader on Duty, maximize fitting room and salesfloor productivity, and build guest loyalty.
• Coach team to deliver AEO brand standards, ensure floorsets and replenishment.
• Recruit and train strong talent to meet business needs and develop the team to provide outstanding service.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback, real-time coaching, and regular development plans.
• Maintain store safety and asset protection, adhere to policies and procedures.
