You will be the Store Team Leader's go-to for developing and implementing merchandising strategy, coaching a team to deliver AEO visual standards, and ensuring guest-ready floors and effective replenishment. You will lead and train through real-time coaching, drive KPIs, and maintain store standards with a focus on sales growth and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have retail management experience leading a team.
• Experience delivering AEO brand visual standards and floorset execution.
• Strong coaching and development skills with a focus on guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity.
• Coach the team to deliver a best-in-class guest experience and maintain AEO Brand Standards.
• Lead and develop the team, conduct training, and manage performance.
• Recruit and hire strong talent to meet business needs and drive engagement.
• Ensure daily operations, replenishment, and visual standards are maintained.
