Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Assistant Manager to assist the Store Manager in leading a dynamic team and delivering a positive shopping experience. You’ll focus on merchandising and processing freight.

You’ll handle opening/closing, maintain store cleanliness, protect assets, and ensure policies are followed while fostering a safe, respectful environment for customers and colleagues. Additional duties as assigned.

Formación

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
• Maintain areas of the store, including stockroom and sales floor, to company standards.
• Process all corporate directives related to store activities.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including restrooms, floors, and trash.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
