Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Assistant Manager to assist the Store Manager in leading a dynamic team of associates and ensuring a positive community experience.

The role focuses on merchandising, processing freight, and maintaining store standards both on the sales floor and in the stockroom. Key duties include opening/closing procedures, asset protection, following policies and safety guidelines, and executing monthly merchandising plans.

Qualificações

• Prior retail and management experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs from floor to above shoulder height; frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
• Maintain areas of the store to company standards.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Ensure store cleanliness and presentation.
• Provide a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and associates.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
