Job summary

Belk is seeking a Merchandising Team Lead to drive sales through compelling product presentations, accurate signed displays, and well-spaced layouts that enhance shopper experience.

The hourly role leads the team in floor sets, signage, price changes, and maintaining visual standards while collaborating with omni, operations, and selling teams to achieve store objectives and deliver merchandising excellence.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising or Retail Management.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Capable of lifting at least 50 lbs and moving store fixtures as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead team to execute product presentations per planograms and brand standards.
• Support price changes and signage updates for daily promos.
• Collaborate with omni, operations, and selling teams to meet store objectives.
• Assist with onboarding and develop team knowledge to improve results.
• Drive customer experience through stock replenishment and store recovery.
