Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience.
• 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying needs, guiding self-service tech usage.
• Assist management with supervision of associates, assign duties, train staff, and coach team on service approaches.
• Stock, merchandise, and maintain sales floor per company policies; set up displays, price according to policy, and handle returns and variances.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with safety standards; support open-door policy and ethics training.
• Lead teams, share resources, and communicate goals to ensure timely, high-quality work and friendly customer experiences.
