The TJX Companies, Inc. HomeGoods store in Southlake, TX is seeking a Receiving/Merchandising Associate. You will execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensure efficient processing, and deliver an excellent customer experience in a clean, organized store.

You will train and mentor Associates, ensure proper tagging and placement of merchandise, and collaborate with management to meet goals while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualificações

• 1 year retail and 6 months leadership experience
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends

Responsabilidades

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing
• Provide excellent customer experience and maintain a clean, organized store
• Promote honesty, integrity and confidentiality
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and coded
• Coordinate with the Coordinator on Duty for flow of goods
• Monitor productivity and coach as needed
• Organize back stock for easy replenishment
• Uphold merchandising philosophy and signage standards
• Ensure safety, labor law compliance, and program adherence
