Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards; ensure Associates process efficiently and effectively.
• Create a positive customer experience and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Orchestrate truck delivery and prioritize merchandise processing to the sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles and tagging; ensure proper tagging, hanging, and coding of merchandise.
• Communicate with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure smooth flow of goods.
