Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola USA is seeking a full-time Merchandiser to stock customer locations, rotate products, and maintain displays in assigned stores. You will build relationships with store managers and ensure shelves meet brand standards while supporting safety and cleanliness throughout the day.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, weekend availability, and a valid driver’s license for travel within routes. Competitive hourly pay with benefits and opportunities for career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Utilize technology and applications as required throughout the day.
• Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles daily with cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment for consumers.
• Daily restocking of coolers, displays, racks and shelves with labels facing outward for distinguishing purchases.
• Rotate products to ensure product quality following a first in first out stocking system.
• Builds displays and other promotional items throughout the assigned store by moving, stacking and building items according to instruction and schedule by supervisor and store management.
• Maintain and organize back rooms/back stock areas in a safely accessible manner; prepare for return any credited product unfit for sale within assigned stores daily.
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events.
