Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2–4 years of related experience and 0–1+ years of leadership experience.
• Or High School Diploma/GED with 5–7+ years of specific experience and 2–3+ years of leadership experience.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull 25–50 pounds regularly and up to 175 pounds for keg handling.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to improve processes that drive productivity and maintain excellent customer service.
• Train and develop merchandisers daily on merchandising standards, waste reduction, safety, and company policies.
• Ensure wide and consistent usage of company systems to monitor operational effectiveness, reinforce policy compliance, and support performance expectations across assigned routes.
• Assign and adjust work as needed to meet sales, delivery and customer demands.
• Conduct 'work-withs', 'go behinds' to survey and monitor employee productivity, safety and customer service standards.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.
