Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group in the East Valley (Phoenix Metro area) is seeking a hands-on Merchandising Supervisor to lead a high-performing team of merchandisers. You will collaborate with sales and delivery to improve processes, ensure excellent customer service, and drive productivity.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience.
High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to improve processes that drive productivity and maintain excellent customer service.
Train and develop merchandisers daily on merchandising standards, waste reduction, safety, and company policies.
Ensure wide and consistent usage of company systems to monitor operational effectiveness, reinforce policy compliance, and support performance expectations across assigned routes.
Assign and adjust work as needed to meet sales, delivery and customer demands.
Conduct "work-withs", "go behinds", to survey and monitor employee productivity, safety and customer service standards.
Other projects or duties as assigned.
