Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in California is seeking a full-time supervisor to lead merchandisers and coordinate with sales and delivery teams across Walnut Creek, Alamo, Danville, and nearby communities.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years related experience and some leadership, or a High School Diploma with 5–7+ years of experience and 2–3+ years in leadership. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Match, PTO, and Education Reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience
• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 175 pounds when handling keg products or using pallet jacks/loading tool

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to improve processes that drive productivity and maintain excellent customer service
• Train and develop merchandisers daily on merchandising standards, waste reduction, safety, and company policies
• Ensure wide and consistent usage of company systems to monitor operational effectiveness, reinforce policy compliance, and support performance expectations across assigned routes
• Assign and adjust work as needed to meet sales, delivery and customer demands
• Conduct “work-withs”, “go behinds”, to survey and monitor employee productivity, safety and customer service standards
• Other projects or duties as assigned
