Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking an engaged professional to join our team in California. This full-time role covers coordinating with sales and delivery teams, training merchandisers, and monitoring systems to ensure efficient operations and outstanding customer service.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years of related experience or a HS Diploma with 5–7+ years of experience plus 2–3+ years of leadership.

Qualifications

• Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years related experience and 0–1+ years leadership experience or HS diploma with 5–7+ years specific experience and 2–3+ years leadership experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old or legal age requirements are met.
• Ability to lift/push/pull 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs when handling keg products or using pallet jacks/loading tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to improve processes that drive productivity and maintain excellent customer service.
• Train and develop merchandisers daily on merchandising standards, waste reduction, safety, and company policies.
• Ensure wide and consistent usage of company systems to monitor operational effectiveness, reinforce policy compliance, and support performance expectations across assigned routes.
• Assign and adjust work as needed to meet sales, delivery and customer demands.
• Conduct “work-withs”, “go behinds”, to survey and monitor employee productivity, safety and customer service standards.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

• Salary: $76,128 - $95,160 plus annual target bonus
• Territory: Walnut Creek, Alamo, Danville, San Ramon, Pleasanton, Livermore, Moraga, Orinda, Lafayette and Pleasant Hill

• Must be able to lift, push, pull 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 175 pounds when handling keg products or using pallet jacks/loading tool
