Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking an Operations Supervisor to collaborate with sales and delivery teams to boost productivity and customer service. You will train merchandisers daily on standards, waste reduction, safety, and company policies, and monitor performance across routes.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years of related experience and 0–1+ years in a leadership role, or a high school diploma with 5–7+ years of specific experience and 2–3+ years in leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience
• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 175 pounds when handling keg products or using pallet jacks/loading tool

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to improve processes that drive productivity and maintain excellent customer service
• Train and develop merchandisers daily on merchandising standards, waste reduction, safety, and company policies
• Ensure wide and consistent usage of company systems to monitor operational effectiveness, reinforce policy compliance, and support performance expectations across assigned routes
• Assign and adjust work as needed to meet sales, delivery and customer demands
• Conduct “work-withs”, “go behinds”, to survey and monitor employee productivity, safety and customer service standards
• Other projects or duties as assigned
