Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Michigan is seeking a full-time operations supervisor for the 1st shift. You will collaborate with sales and delivery teams to improve processes, train merchandisers on standards and safety, and ensure consistent use of company systems across routes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree with 2–4 years of related experience and leadership or a high school diploma with 5–7+ years of experience and 2–3+ years in leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or HS diploma with extensive related experience and leadership exposure.
• Must be at least 18 years old and meet state age requirements.
• Must be able to lift/push/pull 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs when handling keg products or using pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to improve processes that drive productivity and maintain excellent customer service
• Train and develop merchandisers daily on merchandising standards, waste reduction, safety, and company policies
• Ensure wide and consistent usage of company systems to monitor operational effectiveness, reinforce policy compliance, and support performance expectations across assigned routes
• Assign and adjust work as needed to meet sales, delivery and customer demands
• Conduct “work-withs”, “go behinds”, to survey and monitor employee productivity, safety and customer service standards
• Other projects or duties as assigned
