You will support daily store operations, ensure policy compliance, and maintain store presentation with a focus on safety and customer service.

Qualifications include prior retail and management experience, plus strong communication and team collaboration abilities.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.

Responsabilités

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
• Maintain areas of the store, including stockroom and sales floor, to company standards.
• Process corporate directives related to store activities.
• Maintain store cleanliness and restocking duties.
• Foster a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Assist with the receipt and return of DSD merchandise.
• Manage freight flow and stock merchandise to productivity standards.
• Ensure sales floor is sales-effective and merchandise plans are executed.
