Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a dynamic team and driving merchandising and freight processing. You will assist with daily store operations and ensure standards are met across sales floor and stockroom.

We value strong communication and teamwork, with physical duties including lifting and long periods of standing. This is a full-time role located at our Wexford, PA store and offers competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical duties as needed.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to all policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
• Process corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Keep the store clean and presentable, including bathrooms.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Assist Store Manager with freight flow, merchandising, and monthly planners.
