Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Assistant Manager in Warren, PA to join our store leadership team. You will work with the Store Manager to drive merchandising, freight processing, and daily operations to create positive experiences for customers and communities.

You will help with stock, plan monthly Sales Planners, maintain store standards, and lead a small team of associates. This role requires strong communication, physical stamina, and a commitment to safe, friendly service.

Qualifications

• Prior retail management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical duties.

Responsabilités

• Assist with store functions and daily activities.
• Open and close procedures as needed.
• Protect company assets, including cash.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stockroom.
• Process freight and merchandising directives.
• Plan and implement monthly Sales Planners.
