You will drive sales and margins, optimize staffing and operations, and work with district leadership to achieve service, inventory, and store performance goals. Cross‑training across specialties may be involved.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience leading associates in a retail environment.
• 3 years of experience in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional work environment.
• 1 year of manager‑on‑duty responsibilities, including management of daily store operations.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Anticipating customer flow and adjusting schedules to ensure coverage.
• Plan for spikes in sales and maintain in‑stock position to meet demand.
• Conduct safety walks and coach associates on safe practices.
• Lead a team to achieve sales and margin goals while driving operational efficiencies.
• Collaborate with store leadership, District Manager, and Area support staff; rotate through Specialty/Operations for cross‑training.
