Job summary

Lowe's Home Centers, LLC in Mount Pleasant, SC is seeking an experienced Merchandising Assistant Store Manager to lead a team and keep our store clean, safe, and stocked while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will forecast customer flow, schedule staffing accordingly, and plan for sales spikes to support in-stock positions. You will also conduct safety walks, coach associates, and partner with district and area staff to meet service, sales, and operational goals.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience leading associates in a retail environment.
• 3 years of experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional work environment.
• 1 year of experience performing manager-on-duty responsibilities across store operations.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration if required by law.
