Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Assistant Manager in Dearborn, MI to support the Store Manager in leading a team and delivering value to communities we serve.

You will focus on merchandising, processing freight, and maintaining store standards while ensuring a positive, safe, and friendly environment for customers and associates. Key duties include assisting with daily store functions, opening/closing procedures, asset protection, and executing monthly sales plans and stock

Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-energy team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to all policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
• Process corporate directives and communications.
• Maintain store cleanliness and presentability.
