Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our Dearborn, MI location to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with day-to-day activities, help customers, and ensure merchandise is properly organized and displayed.

Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, payroll and scheduling support, and helping train Store Associates while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail store management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize, and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
