Responsibilities include leading SOP compliance, ensuring pricing accuracy, and executing promotions with strong workload planning and inventory management.

• 3+ years retail leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Ensure execution of Company policies and standards, supervising store conditions and results.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting, and merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Plan workload and daily tasks, coordinating with store leadership on staffing and execution.
• Maintain Store-In-Stock Optimization routines for in-stock levels and replenishment.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution to complete merchandising sets on schedule.
• Establish and maintain visual merchandising standards and product presentation.
