Michaels Dover, DE is seeking a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards to maintain a customer-ready store environment. The role requires leadership over SOPs, pricing integrity, and collaboration with store leadership to align staffing, execution, and promotions with business goals.

Qualifications

3+ years retail leadership experience.
Ability to lead SOPs and company programs.
Experience in inventory management and planogram execution.

Responsibilities

Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance.
Lead truck execution and inventory routines to optimize stock levels.
Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and visual merchandising standards.
Manage Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
Train, coach, and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
