The Michaels Companies Inc. in Dover, DE is seeking a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and operational execution at the store level. You will oversee truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, pricing accuracy, and promotional execution to keep the store customer-ready.

You will manage workload planning, staff coordination, and inventory integrity while upholding visual standards and strong customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Experience with inventory control, stock movement, and price changes.
• Ability to lead merchandising execution and visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead truck execution and merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization (SISO) routines to drive in-stock levels and replenishment.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and ensure timely merchandising sets.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product presentation.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage and uphold store conditions and service standards.
• Manage inventory accuracy and shrink reduction.
