Responsibilities include assisting with all store functions, opening/closing, asset protection, and adherence to safety policies. The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform physical duties.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to all policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
• Process corporate directives such as pull/hold and communications.
• Keep store clean and presentable, restock bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Foster a positive, safe, respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Assist Store Manager with freight flow, merchandising, and monthly plans.
