Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash
• Adhere to all policies and safety guidelines
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards
• Process all corporate directives and store communications
• Maintain store cleanliness including bathrooms and floors
• Provide a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and team members
• Process receipt and return of merchandise
• Manage freight flow and stock merchandise according to productivity standards
• Ensure the sales floor is sales-effective
• Plan and merchandise monthly Sales Planners
• Plan and implement monthly Sales Planners
