The role emphasizes strong communication, team collaboration, and physical duties, including stock handling and open/close tasks.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to all policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
• Process corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the store, including restrooms.
• Provide a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and team members.
• Assist Store Manager with assigned duties.
• Process receipt and return of DSD merchandise.
• Manage freight flow and stock merchandise per productivity standards.
• Ensure a sales-effective sales floor and merchandise plan.
• Plan and maintain Clip Strips and Power Panels.
