Dollar Tree in Brockton, MA is seeking a Merchandise Assistant Manager to assist the Store Manager in leading a dynamic team and delivering positive experiences for the communities we serve. You will focus on merchandising, processing freight, and daily store operations.

Ideal candidates have prior retail and management experience, strong communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs.

Formación

• Prior retail and management experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical store duties.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Manage freight flow and merchandising to productivity standards.
• Plan, merchandize, and maintain sales- effective displays and items.
• Ensure store cleanliness and safety, and maintain customer service standards.
• Support the Store Manager and implement monthly Sales Planners.
