• Experience enforcing SOPs and company programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure policy compliance and store condition standards.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Lead truck execution and merchandise flow to sales floor.
• Plan workload with store leadership for staffing alignment.
• Maintain in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising.
• Support cleaning, organization, and customer-ready environments.
• Manage inventory control and shrink reduction.
• Execute ad sets and promotional signage.
• Complete price changes accurately and timely.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
• Train and develop team members; uphold asset protection.
