Michaels in Mooresville, NC seeks a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards. You will ensure accurate pricing, timely promotions, and a customer-ready store environment through strong workload planning and inventory management.

Responsibilities include leading SOP adherence, managing MDT coverage, and optimizing in-store stock, price changes, and planograms to meet company standards

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead merchandising and operational execution including truck processing and inventory routines.
• Oversee planogram sets and visual standards to ensure customer-ready stores.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Manage store in-stock, replenishment accuracy, and price changes on time.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment, RTVs and ASN handling with proper inventory adjustments.
